Just a quick update on Hayden. We got back from the hospital at about 1AM last night. He's been pretty miserable and tired all day today. All he's been up to doing is laying in our laps. He drank about one and a quarter bottles today and we had to force feed him about a half bottle of pedialite, so that he wouldn't be too dehydrated. We haven't heard anything official about the results of his blood work yet, but the doctor tells us that just the fact that he has been responding to the antibiotics (ie - he hasn't been developing any more petechia) is a good sign. It probably means that there was probably some type of bacteria in his blood or a viral infection that will be hopefully going away soon.
We appreciate everyone's love and support, and we will try to keep you all posted.
