I have a new cooking challenge that I think you all will be really into (especially you Tammy!). The rules, info, and link are on Erica's blog, just follow the link to her page on the left. Anyway, you make one thing from the magazine every week. It's that simple. And since the recipes are always easy and really good, I can't wait to try it out! So join us!!
There are so many good recipes to choose from!! I think for this week I'll make the Western Skillet Omelet. I don't even have to go to the store for that one!
