Musical chairs.

It has been cute to see how excited Grant has been about turning six this year. In the days leading up to the big day, he's been jabbering non-stop about having a birthday party and playing games, specifically pin-the-hat-on-the-boy, musical chairs, and red-light green-light. The funny thing is that he didn't really care about getting presents, he was mostly proud to be six, and I think he also just wanted the whole party.

He really enjoyed celebrating this year with Grandma and Grandpa Welsh and all of his California aunts and uncles. He had a blast opening presents and was just beaming playing all of the games. I think he liked musical chairs the most, especially when he won. All-in-all, it was a good day.
