Since our anniversary was on a Sunday this year, we decided to make a nice dinner to celebrate after the kiddos went to bed last Sunday. We had delicious cedar board salmon, which was even better than the first time we made it! WE also tried recreating a dish from one of our favorite restaurants: bang bang shrimp from the Bonefish Grill. It didn't turn out quite like the restaurant, but it was fun to try something new. For dessert we had cream puffs that I made, just like the ones served at our reception!
After dinner we pulled out the video Dan shot on our wedding day. It was fun to see everyone and remember what an awesome day it was! So many things have changed in the past six years, but it always seems to get better and better. Here's to six more years!
