Jack-o-lanterns 2011

I thought we would find a sweet new pumpkin patch to visit for our pumpkins this year. Then I found out that the local patch costs $14 A PERSON to get in AND you then have to pay for the pumpkins. I found another cheaper place that charges $5 a car to get in and then the pumpkins are $6.

Target wins. Pumpkins, $4. I picked them out at 9pm some night last week and the kids were thrilled with them. Win. We carved them last night. Hello jigsaw, you made that so easy! You made it so easy. Here are our creations:

Grant wanted his name. It takes a couple pics to get it all. 

Cosette used the time while we were busy to pull a chair up to the silverware drawer and throw all of it on the floor. She's learned how to climb onto chairs this week. It's annoying.

We cleaned it up and she got mad and was sent to bed. Here's her pumpkin!
