This blog has been way too much pregnancy and not enough kiddos! So here's our St. Pat's day stuff. The boys LOVE St. Patrick's Day. Of course, they love all holidays, but St. Pat's is a big fave. So we celebrated big and took them to the Manassas St. Patrick's Day parade. It was a huge hit! It was short with lots of fun music. Travis and I also had a few laughs with the sometimes strange floats. We'll definitely be going again next year. Here are the highlights:
Once the actual day hit, the boys donned their shirts from Grandma Welsh, their beads we 'had to buy' at Walmart, and were thrilled! Once they got home from school, we enjoyed 'green eggs and ham', which started as omelet's and ended up as green scrambled eggs with mushroom and ham. That plus asparagus and green toast made for a great meal that they didn't eat. Happy St. Patrick's Day!
