Happy 4th of July! We had a great day with the kiddos and friends. The BBQ at the Burdicks was delicious and lots of fun as always. The kids had a great time playing with Ethan (the Snows partied with us too). Although it rained off and on all evening, we hoped the rain would hold off during the fireworks. Of course, it's Virginia and it poured on us as soon as the show started. The kids were already whining anyway, so we just stayed and enjoyed the show! Thanks to the Taylors who hosted a rather large fireworks watching party! We can't wait until next year.
