Happy Birthday Hayden!

Four years ago today, Travis and I were at the hospital in total shock that our little Hayden was coming a whole month early! Four years later, Hayden still keeps us on our toes. We celebrated his birthday about a week ago with a little party with his friends. He's in LOVE with Mickey Mouse, so a Mickey party was in order. 

 How cute are these oreo cupcakes? They were easy and look adorable with the little Mickey sprinkles and wrappers I found.

Hayden and his friends had fun decorating Christmas cookies. 

Hayden had a blast opening his presents. He got 2 pillow pets, the Imaginext rescue boat and submarine, zhu zhu pets, and this awesome sword.

Hayden is brilliant and uses his thinking skilz to manipulate everyone in the family. His puppy dog face gets him peanut butter and honey sandwiches (cut into squares and on a Mickey plate) for lunch and snack every day. He also LOVES green yogurt, mac & cheese, and hot dogs.
He still loves flowers, and picks them whenever he sees them. He also sneaks into Cosette's room to play with her hair flowers. If it's not flowers, it's anything small that can be carried around in a bucket or bag. He has a set of crocheted snowflakes that I found at a yardsale. He carries them around in a ziplock back wherever he goes.
And of course, his other favorite is Cosette. He makes her laugh, brings her toys and hugs, and is her best friend. He's a funny guy and we're so glad he's in our family! Today he's having dinner at Red Robin and then we're going to see the Christmas lights at the temple. It's a pretty awesome birthday! Check out how he's grown here.
